1. General
1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements of Flora D'Amour BV, established at Diemerhof 42 1112 XN, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 94352437.
1.2 By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. Offer
2.1 All offers on the website are without obligation and while stocks last.
2.2 Prices include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are stated separately.

3. Order and payment
3.1 The customer places an order via the website.
3.2 Payment can be made via the payment methods indicated in the webshop.
3.3 After receipt of payment, the customer will receive a confirmation of the order.

4. Delivery
4.1 Delivery will take place at the address specified by the customer.
4.2 The delivery time is on average 1 to 6 days, unless otherwise indicated. Flora D'Amour does everything it can to respect this term.
4.3 When plants are delivered, some damage may occur due to transport. This will be remedied according to our return policy.

5. Right of withdrawal
5.1 Plants and flowers are considered perishable goods and are excluded from the right of withdrawal according to EU regulations. This means that plants and flowers unfortunately cannot be returned.

5.2 For all non-perishable goods, such as flower pots, decorative items, and accessories, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means that you can decide to cancel your purchase and return the product within 14 days of receiving the product.

6. Warranty and complaints
6.1 Flora D'Amour guarantees that the delivered products comply with the agreement and are free from defects.
6.2 Complaints must be reported in writing immediately after receipt of the products.

7. Liability
7.1 Flora D'Amour is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or damage due to incorrect use of the products.
7.2 Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount paid out by our insurer.

8. Privacy
8.1 Flora D'Amour respects the privacy of customers and handles personal data with care. See our Privacy Statement for more information.

9. Applicable law
9.1 All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
9.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.

10. Changes
10.1 Flora D'amour reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions. The changes will be announced on the website.
