Return Policy
At Flora D'Amour we strive to satisfy our customers with healthy and beautiful plants and products. We would like to help you with your purchase, but there are some important conditions for returning products:
- Returning Plants
Due to the delicate nature of our plants, unfortunately they cannot be returned. We cannot accept returns on plants unless the plant is damaged or defective upon delivery (see point 3). - Returns of Pots and Other Products
Pots and other accessories can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and undamaged. The costs for returning are at your expense. - Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@floradamour.nl and provide clear photos of the damaged products within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will replace the damaged product with a new one free of charge. Please note: we cannot reimburse any damage reported later than 24 hours after receipt. - Return address
You will receive the return address for pots and accessories that can be returned by email after reporting your return. - Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return shipment, we will refund the amount for the returned products (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days.
Please note: We recommend always choosing a shipping method with tracking for returns as we are not responsible for loss or damage during transit.
